Share your thoughts on design, cord color and size. List any of our products name that have a similar look to what you like. Look through our product listings for ideas; the more detail the better. A response will be submitted back within 1-3 business days.

Time line of projects will depend on detail of work and size of the requested piece. An estimated timeline and price will be submitted back to you for approval.

FAQ

What does “made to order” mean? 

Your item(s) will be made after you place your order. Please look at the description area of the product to see your items processing timeline. Each product will differ. Items might be completed before timeline but it is not guaranteed.

Shipping Details:

We currently ship in the United States.

Once your order is filled shipping will take 3-10 business days depending on the selected shipping choice. 

Return Details:

How long does customer have to return an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received in, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us below or at TangledMoonMacrame@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
